It is true as when you lay down the moment you eat, the gastric juices tend to rise and can cause nausea and discomfort. If you experience the same, do not crunch, but instead sit straight for some time.

Get Some Fresh Air – If you are experiencing nausea symptoms, you can ease those with some fresh air. You can just under the fan or near the window the moment you see a sign of nausea.
